Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing it within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be picked up for processing on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete, followed by a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within India. Metro cities and major towns are usually served faster, while deliveries to smaller towns or semi-urban areas may take slightly longer. Please note that business days do not include Sundays or national public holidays. A tracking number will be shared with you via email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden charges. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain value; any such promotions will be highlighted on the website or applied automatically at checkout.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to reasons outside our control — including high order volumes during festive seasons, courier backlogs, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen disruptions. NutriVello is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner. Service Availability

We currently deliver across most pin codes in India. However, delivery may not be available to certain remote, hilly, or restricted areas where our courier partners do not operate. If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of checkout, you will be notified before placing your order. We are continuously working to expand our delivery network so we can reach more customers across the country.
