01 Eligibility
Raise your request within 7 days of delivery. We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrectly packed items, and products with quality issues on arrival.
02 Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for opened or consumed products, items stored incorrectly, returns raised after 7 days, or clearance/final-sale purchases.
03 How to raise a request
Contact us within 7 days with your order number, issue description, and a photo if damaged. We'll respond within 2 business days.
04 Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If not received after 7 days, check with your bank before contacting us.
05 Exchanges & Shipping
Wrong or damaged items qualify for a free replacement. For returns due to our error, we cover shipping. For other approved returns, the customer bears shipping charges.
